Terms of Service

SERPInsight LTD operates an intermediary marketplace only. We facilitate connections between buyers and independent publishers. We are not the publisher, author, editor, or owner of third-party websites, and we do not control publisher editorial decisions, site availability, or ongoing link placement.

Any contract for placement is between you and the relevant publisher, subject to these Terms and our platform rules. SERPInsight is not responsible for publisher conduct, editorial decisions, site changes, or third-party acts, including where a discretionary platform program is described.

SERPInsight provides a self-serve marketplace for guest posting and link insertion. Each publisher sets their own price, content rules, and estimated turnaround time. You browse listings, place orders, and track status through your dashboard.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. Publishers may accept or reject any request before work begins. We may remove, suspend, or modify listings at any time.

SEO metrics (such as DR, DA, traffic, and related figures) are sourced from third-party tools and displayed for informational purposes only, as available at the time shown. Metrics may change, be delayed, or contain inaccuracies. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any metric or listing detail.

You may top up your wallet and pay per order. Wallet top-ups are prepaid platform credits, not deposits, and do not accrue interest. They may be non-refundable to your original payment method except where required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.

Where an escrow-style payment hold applies, funds may be held pending order resolution. This is not a regulated escrow account. Payment may be released to a publisher only after the platform confirms placement in accordance with its procedures, not based on buyer satisfaction alone.

Where an order is determined failed, rejected, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms, funds may be credited back to your wallet at our discretion. Wallet credit is the standard remedy unless we agree otherwise in writing. You agree to comply with applicable payment provider rules, including those of PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

You represent that you have the right to submit all URLs, anchor text, and content you provide, and that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

• Do not use SERPInsight for unlawful purposes or illegal content.
• Do not submit malware, spam, or manipulative schemes that violate search engine guidelines.
• Respect publisher approval rights and editorial standards.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.

We may refuse, cancel, or remove orders at our discretion for risk, legal, policy, or integrity reasons without liability to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERPInsight LTD, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, orders, conduct, or breach of these Terms. You may not bring claims on behalf of others without proper authority.

You agree to contact SERPInsight support and allow reasonable time for internal review before initiating chargebacks or third-party payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback constitutes withdrawal of consent to our platform dispute process and may forfeit eligibility for discretionary platform programs. Abusive, repetitive, or bad-faith disputes may result in account suspension or termination. We may offset fees, chargebacks, and recovery costs where permitted.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, acts of government, network failures, publisher unavailability, or third-party service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SERPInsight LTD, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before commencing legal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow a 30-day good-faith negotiation period. You agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where SERPInsight LTD maintains its registered office.

These Terms, together with policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SERPInsight LTD. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

You consent to electronic contracting and agree that records, notices, and agreements provided electronically (including via the website, platform, or email) are binding.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law—shall survive account closure or termination of these Terms.
