Delivery Policy
How orders move from placement to completion on SERPInsight. Subject to our Terms of Service and publisher availability.
SERPInsight connects buyers with independent publisher websites for guest posts and link insertions. This policy describes the typical fulfillment process. It is subject to our Terms of Service and may vary by publisher and order type.
Order Placement
When you place an order, you select a publisher site and submit requirements such as target URL, anchor text, and content. Applicable funds may be deducted from your wallet and held in an escrow-style payment hold pending order resolution.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or delivery. Each request remains subject to publisher review and platform rules.
Publisher Review & Acceptance
Publishers are independent third parties with full approval rights. They may accept or reject orders based on editorial standards, niche fit, and content rules. If an order is rejected before work begins, eligible funds may be credited to your wallet in accordance with our Refund Policy and Terms.
Turnaround Times
Each publisher sets a stated estimated turnaround time (TAT) shown before checkout. TAT is an estimate only, not a delivery commitment. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on publisher workload, content review, and external factors outside SERPInsight's control.
Fulfillment Process
- You submit order details and content (or request publisher-written content where offered).
- The publisher reviews and may accept or reject the order.
- The publisher publishes content or inserts the link on their site.
- The publisher submits a live URL for platform review.
Placement Review & Order Completion
SERPInsight may conduct point-in-time checks according to its procedures to confirm that the submitted placement appears live at the time of review. Confirmation does not mean indexing, permanence, or ongoing monitoring.
An order may be marked complete when platform criteria are met. If you do not raise a dispute within seven days of completion notification, the order may be deemed accepted for payment release and remedy purposes, subject to our Terms.
What Completion Means
Order completion means platform criteria were met at the time of review. It is not a warranty of future link availability, search engine performance, indexing, or metric stability.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate order details, URLs, and anchor text.
- Respond to publisher or support requests within reasonable time.
- Review and approve content carefully before publication where applicable.
- Raise disputes within seven days of completion notification if you believe an order was not delivered as described.
Failed or Delayed Delivery
If a publisher does not complete within the stated estimated turnaround window or an order is otherwise determined ineligible, wallet credit may be issued under our Refund Policy and Terms. You may then place a new order with another publisher.
36-Month Link Protection Program
Where eligible under our Terms, SERPInsight may, at its sole discretion, use commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate replacement if a link confirmed at completion review is later removed within 36 months. This is a discretionary platform benefit, not a guarantee. Eligibility, exclusions, and remedies are defined in the Terms of Service.
No Indexing or Ranking Warranty
SERPInsight does not guarantee search engine indexing, ranking improvements, traffic increases, or any other SEO outcome. Delivery of a placement does not imply future performance or ongoing availability beyond what is expressly stated in our Terms.
