SERPInsight uses escrow-style payment holds on eligible orders. This policy explains when credits or refunds may apply and how they are handled.
SERPInsight uses an escrow-style order process on eligible purchases. Funds may be held pending order resolution. Credits and refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy, our Terms of Service, and the status of each order.
When Credits or Refunds May Apply
All credits and refunds are discretionary unless required by applicable law. Subject to review and SERPInsight's sole discretion, wallet credit or refund eligibility may arise where:
- A publisher rejects your order before work begins.
- A publisher does not complete within the stated estimated turnaround window, as determined by platform review.
- An order is cancelled before fulfillment begins under platform rules.
- SERPInsight determines an order is failed or ineligible under our Terms.
Where eligible, funds may be credited to your SERPInsight wallet within a reasonable timeframe following determination. Wallet credit is the standard remedy unless we approve a return to your original payment method.
When Credits or Refunds Do Not Apply
Credits and refunds are generally not available once an order is completed and placement has been confirmed under our procedures. This includes cases where:
- The live link was confirmed at completion review under our procedures.
- You approved content or publication details before go-live.
- You did not raise a dispute within seven days of completion notification (see our Delivery Policy).
- Disputes are raised after the completion or dispute window in our Delivery Policy.
- Orders are marked complete per platform criteria even if you did not personally verify the placement.
- Issues relate to indexing, rankings, traffic, DA/DR changes, or search engine behavior.
- A publisher site is redesigned, restructured, or later changes editorial policy.
- Wallet funds were already used on subsequent orders.
- Requests are deemed bad faith, repetitive, or abusive.
Review before approval
Check target URLs, anchor text, spelling, and content details before approving publication. Once an order is marked complete, remedies may be limited.
Wallet Credits vs Payment Method Refunds
Wallet Credit (Standard Remedy)
Eligible failed or rejected orders may be credited to your SERPInsight wallet following approval. Wallet balances may be used for future orders on the platform.
Card / PayPal Refund (Exception)
We have no obligation to refund to your original payment method. Returns to card or PayPal are exceptional, subject to review, and may be reduced by payment processing fees, chargebacks, or recovery costs where permitted.
Processing Timeframes
Actual timing depends on order status, payment provider rules, and review outcome. Payment-method refunds, where approved, are sent to the original source where possible.
How to Request Review
Contact support within seven days of completion notification (or of the issue, for pre-completion matters) with your order ID and relevant details. We review requests within a reasonable timeframe and determine outcomes at our sole discretion.
You must use SERPInsight support before initiating chargebacks or third-party payment disputes. Failure to do so may affect eligibility and account standing, including discretionary platform programs.
General notices
Policy hierarchy. These policies supplement our Terms of Service. If anything in a policy conflicts with the Terms, the Terms prevail.
Platform role. SERPInsight LTD operates an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party publishers. We are not the publisher, author, editor, or owner of listed websites, and we do not warrant or promise SEO outcomes, rankings, traffic, or indexing results.
No professional advice. Information on this website and platform is provided for general purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or SEO advice.
Discretionary programs. Any replacement, credit, or support program described on the platform is a discretionary platform benefit, not a contractual guarantee, insurance, or warranty. Eligibility, timing, and remedy type are determined solely by SERPInsight after review.
No agency. SERPInsight is not your agent, publisher, SEO consultant, or fiduciary.
Statutory rights. Nothing in these policies excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Marketing vs contract. Public website descriptions, FAQs, and promotional materials are illustrative only. These Terms and policies govern.
